Ordered two pair of original KDs a month or so ago. One pair fit great the other pair had a bent arm, no matter how I tried to adjust it the glasses just wouldnt fit right. I just chocked it up. Then without any prompting Pacific Coast sent me another pair free. You dont find that kind of service and commitment much anymore. They made me a life time customer. Thank you Pacific coast.
