International Shipping Policy
Pacific Coast Sunglasses, Inc. welcomes international orders.
Please review the following information before ordering.
All orders are shipped via First Class Mail International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers and insurance are not available for First Class Mail International and we cannot guarantee delivery for this class of service. Pacific Coast Sunglasses will ship your order in good faith to the address you provide but we will not replace or refund shipments that are incorrectly addressed, damaged, stolen, or lost in shipment. Most shipments are delivered without any problems within two weeks but we have seen some take up to two months due to incorrect routing or if your package is held up in Customs. Be aware that you may be responsible for additional Customs import duties when your package enters your country.
If you would like to receive your order faster with insurance, tracking, and guaranteed delivery, please choose Express Mail International. Packages sent via this mail class usually arrive within 3-7 days depending your country location. Your signature will be required upon delivery. |
