How to Order

Ordering is simple and all transactions are handled with industry-standard 256 bit SSL encryption. To order online simply add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Buy Now” button on any product listing page, or you can click on a product image which will take you to the product detail page. You may then view a larger image of the product, read additional product information, or purchase multiple quantities of an item. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page at any time to revise quantities or remove items from your cart. When finished shopping click the "Checkout" button and it will take you to a secure page where you will be requested to type in your name, address, and billing information. You may choose to create an account which will allow you to check your order status, get tracking information, and have access to special web only promotions. It will also make it much easier to place future orders.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders, personal checks (in U.S. Funds drawn from a U.S. bank), cashiers’ checks and PayPal. We do not ship COD. If you use a credit card for your method of payment the billing address must match that shown on your credit card statement. Otherwise your order will be delayed until we can contact you to obtain the correct address. Sales tax will be applied to any order shipped to a California address.

When are products shipped?

Products are shipped the next business day after ordering. For example, if you order on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday. If you order on Saturday, it will be shipped Monday. (Quick tip: if you order before 9:00am Pacific time, it will be shipped the same day.)

What are the shipping rates?

Our shipping charges are very reasonable. The table below outlines the cost for the U.S.A., APO and FPO.

International Shipping Policy

Pacific Coast Sunglasses, Inc. welcomes international orders.
Please review the following information before ordering.

All orders are shipped via First Class Mail International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers and insurance are not available for First Class Mail International and we cannot guarantee delivery for this class of service. Pacific Coast Sunglasses will ship your order in good faith to the address you provide but we will not replace or refund shipments that are incorrectly addressed, damaged, stolen, or lost in shipment. Most shipments are delivered without any problems within two weeks but we have seen some take up to two months due to incorrect routing or if your package is held up in Customs. Be aware that you may be responsible for additional Customs import duties when your package enters your country.

If you would like to receive your order faster with insurance, tracking, and guaranteed delivery, please choose Express Mail International. Packages sent via this mail class usually arrive within 3-7 days depending your country location. Your signature will be required upon delivery.
