- What are the shipping rates?

- Is my order secure?

The SSL technology works by sending all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address information to our computer in an encrypted code. Encrypted code can only be decrypted by Pacific Coast Sunglasses, Inc. We take privacy seriously. Your information is never sold or shared.

- Do you have a guarantee?
Yes,if any item does not meet with your approval, simply return it within 30 days for full refund or exchange (shipping & handling charges excluded). Returned merchandise must be in new condition: scratched, bent or adjusted items will not be accepted. Merchandise must be in original packaging accompanied by your Pacific Coast Sunglasses Inc. receipt. (See FAQ #9)

- How do I change the quantity in my basket?
There is a button at the top of every screen that says "Items". Clicking this button will show you the products already in your basket. To adjust the quantity, change the number and click "Update Basket". To remove an item, click the check box next to the quantity and click "Update Basket".
- How do I search for a specific product?
To search for a specific product enter a product number in the search window at the top of any screen and click "Go". If you do not know the exact number you can enter any descriptive term and it will displays all products that contain that term.

- When are products shipped?
Products are shipped the next business day after ordering. For
example, if you order on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday. If you
order on Saturday, it will be shipped Monday. (Quick tip: if you order
before 9:00am Pacific time, it will be shipped the same day.)
- How do I return an item?
To return an item call toll free 1-800-999-9153 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number from your Pacific Coast Sunglasses customer service representative. All returns must have an RMA number. Print the RMA number on the outside of package that you return to us . This procedure ensures that your return is processed as quickly as possible.
